This year the annual picnic will again be at Stewart Park in the large pavilion, directly following the “Visitors” service on June 11th. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be served. Please bring a neighbor or friend and a side dish or a dessert to pass.
A Voice for Uganda’s Orphaned and Vulnerable Children
Our summer schedule will begin on May 28th and continue through August 20th, with only one service at 10am. This will be a combined contemporary and traditional service. Join us for coffee and conversation at 9:30am prior to the service.
Starting on January 1, 2017, we will continue our study in the book of Hebrews. Each week we will study a passage of scripture from Hebrews. If you miss a Sunday, you can hear the weekly sermon online at your leisure throughout the week. Some of the small groups are studying along with the sermons using Hebrews for Everyone by N.T. Wright and the study guide that complements the book. Check out our small groups page to find one, if you are not already involved in this way.
It is time to begin the Winter session of Adult Education classes.
At 9am there are two classes “21st Century Missions: A Gospel that Transforms individuals and Nations” and ” Freed-Up Financial Living.”
At 11am there are also two classes: “A study of Matthew” and “Christians and the Public Square.”

Join us for a Lenten Soup Supper on Wednesday March 15th, as well as on the 22nd, the 29th, and April 5th. At 6:00pm there will be a time of contemplation. Families bring your children at 6:30 for soup followed by a time for devotion and singing from 7:00pm to 7:30pm. Please plan to come and share in these special times of preparation for Easter.
This Sunday, March 12, 2017, Daylight Savings Time will begin at 2:00 in the morning. Please don’t forget to set your clocks an hour forward! We want to see you at Bethel Grove in the morning.
As the new semester begins, bus service for students from Cornell University and Ithaca College resumes on Sunday, January 29.
Cornell University Students – Airline Limousine Bus Service for Cornell & Collegetown areas. Regular Bus Runs when services are at 9:00am and 11:00am.
