9am and 11am Childcare for Babies and Tiny Tots
Each Sunday during the service children from birth to three years of age are welcome in our Babies and Tiny Tots classroom. There they will find caring volunteers who will lovingly attend to their needs. Volunteers rotate once a month.

9am and 11am Preschool Program – Kangaroos (3-5 year olds)
Our preschool program for children aged three to five years old is offered during the service. Children enjoy free play, Bible stories, songs, crafts, prayer and snack time. During good weather, the children often go outside to enjoy an age-appropriate playground in a safe fenced in area. Volunteers rotate once a month and will use the Hands On Bible curriculum.

9am Sunday School-grades K-5

Sunday School is offered for K-5th graders in the Fellowship Room.  Children are dropped off in the Zebra and Tiger classroom by their parents after checking in.  The children meet as a large group for worship and any opening activities and then are dismissed into the following small group classes according to grade:  (K/1) Beth Larson and Rebecca Varghese, (2/3) Mary and Frank Smalley, (4/5) Patricia Polluck and Alan Pauling.  The teachers and volunteers help on a weekly basis in order to form solid relationships with each of the children as they teach them from the following curriculum:

Children in K/1st grades will learn Bible Stories from the Old and New Testaments using a curriculum developed by the teacher.

Children in 2nd/3rd grades will learn godly character from the book entitled Character Builders.

Children in 4th/5th grades will learn stories from the first half of the Old Testament one year and stories from the second half of the Old Testament on alternate years using the Great Commission curriculum.

11am Children’s Church – Zebras (K-3rd grade)
Children’s Church is offered for K-3rd graders in the Fellowship Room.  After checking in, children will attend the first part of the Worship service with their families.  They will be dismissed as a group to go to their classrooms.  Under the supervision of Amy Bach and others, the vision of Children’s Church is to teach children how to know and serve the Lord. Key elements of Children’s Church include: prayer, an offering, scripture memory, a children’s devotional, and large and small group activities. Children will be divided into K/1st and 2nd/3rd grade classrooms after a brief large group activity that introduces the theme for the day. Volunteers rotate in once a month and will use a curriculum developed by Amy Bach.  This semester’s theme is entitled Running the Race of Faith.
